The Gordon Lake Pavilion will be open for general use, at no charge, any time it
is not reserved. This will not include use of the kitchen or electricity. Use during
non-reserved times will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Groups or individuals may reserve the pavilion for a one-day event by paying a
$50 reservation fee, plus a $50 cleaning/damage deposit. This fee and deposit
must be made with two checks of $S0 each, payable to the Town of Gordon. Full
payment is required when the reservation is made. Reserved time will be
between 8:00 a.m. and B:00 p.m. Clean up and key drop off are required on the
day of the reservation and completed before 8:00 p.m.
We have a 'No Pets Allowed' policy.
A designee will check the condition of the pavilion before and after the event. lf
the building and area are left clean and undamaged, the $50 deposit will be
refunded by mail or in person within 10 business days of the event.
A full refund of the reservation fee and the cleaning/damage deposit will be made
if a notice of cancellation is received at the town clerk's office {T15-264-2460) 30
days before the reservation date. lf less than 30 days notice is given, the $50
reservation fee will be forfeited, but the cleaning/damage deposit will be
refunded.
